Company policies are very well. However, I think after some time CDK will be same like BPO types.

Dislikes

1.They are really trying hard to help their employees every which ways. However, their recruitment strategy is very wrong. How can they have two good friends mangers of each other. Obviously in such case you will see favouritism. Example I am team leader and my boss is my ex-colleague. In this situation team will die working hard. They can't go to their super boss if they feel something is wrong. 2. As I said earlier policies are good but they are not effective. Real performance measures are not present. About the promotion, it is already decided who will be promoted. Then accordingly managers are assigning challenging task to the specific team member. So that he can prove himself better. Work Details

There is no growth after a point. You will do same task again and again. People in US don't care about what is happening with you and what are your expectations.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
