Bad experience..unprofessional senior staff and Tarun chug (MD) ...

Company is running without professionalism and MD of company is very unprofessional always use abuse language with his staff..

Work Details

I was senior counselor over there .Challenging work over there ,but still i gave my 100% . its was very hard to stay 9 to 6 pm in treble environment .they never increase our staff salary n also there is no any intensive policy

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
