Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's a very good company to start your career with, you get to learn a lot from the experience seniors. P.E program is good.

Dislikes

There is no job security, the company wouldn't pay you during any epidemic, during the lockdown we a not paid a single penny moreover our salary were cut in the name of company losses.
