I can only talk for CBRE at Chennai DLF. Their management is actually biased. People with less knowledge put pressure on workers. No proper week offs, leaves. Zero work life balance.

Through COVID-19 CBRE has not put pressure to come to work and has also allowed work from home.

Dislikes

The process of growth within the company is poor. CBRE would rather hire from outside than promote one of its own.
