Joined CBRE only for one reason that is for job security Even though client site is closed we will put you on bench & then deployed to different site,but they used us during crisis time during lockdown & finally they trickily thrown me out of job. There are 2 categories in CBRE one is non-billable employees who works for CBRE office & they enjoy all benifits with less work and the 2 type is billable employees who works for client location without any benefit & they squeeze you for the job. We have 2 job responsibilities one is work with client as well as with CBRE also that makes us can't concentrate on client work. CBRe doesn't believe their client Site employees they need proof of work like videos, photos & ect. An employee was tortured by his team manager using bad words , employee complained to the concerned helpline number but that returned back & his job was sacked. They told they will not disclose the name but it was revealed, the team were not professional to handle the case. Means person committing mistakes will stay happy & who is very honesty will be thrown out of the job. Working days are Monday to Friday but the person working at client site is forced to work on Saturdays also....Read More
