Job Security. Work with multiple top clients Holidays as per client requirement. I good sat-Sunday off 🙂 as my client is from IT.

No proper hike, even some people got 3k hike on salary. I was a senior manager and I communicated that follow 03 years strategy with your junior if you want to grow- In first year provide low hike, in year two a hike of 10-12% with a sweet 🍬 goli of promotion and finally in 03 year nominal hike with promotion. They are using as a strategy, when employee plan to go out. Overall, it's kind of employee friendly company for those who sitting in corporate offices.
