As a Transition manager, we have to manage the whole property which will be very hectic if you get involved in the job you do not know how time passes by and you will not be left with a personal life

1) We have deal with client of different mindsets 2) Manage every customer by keeping our calm 3) We have to do patch up work which the contractor will not be willing to do
