CBRE definitely gives job security and guarenteed pay hikes.

Dislikes

Zero work-life balance. You wil be working on weekends, 24*7 and beyond midnight. There are hardly any recognition systems in place. Managers are poor in project planning and time management. Leadership lacks clarity of thought.
