There is nothing to like about this company. This company is more toxic than your ex. The people here are very creepy and being a girl this company is a very uncomfortable place to work in.

We have to work on saturdays here the managers and other male employees are so condescending. This company has zero clients and no future. Min salary zero appraisal Basic employee rights are also not followed. HR says inappropriate and mean things gets personal on things. Even VP(neeraj jain) does this. Flexible break hours are also not given Salary does not get credited on time but they count everyday of the month when they have to deduct money. --> This is a best company which is lead by Hero Mr. NJ and Mrs. VPN . There are no Cafeteria available in this company ( Which is best because there product{Ns, ND & etc. } is more important than your hunger ). --> Product is very Good and Stable , but the main characters ( NJ , VPN ) behind this are very cheap in mindset and more unstable than the product. --> They are just hide their failures and irresponsibility and put all the blame to Dev and QA team . --> Mrs. VPN and their HR Team forces 60+ employees to give resignation by themselves ( Mrs. Vipin thinks that we all employees are just under his arm and whenever they want just fire the employees ). --> There is Monday to Saturday working days and 9:30AM to 6:30AM (9HR) working hour ( They think that employees having no personal life and They treated them as a "Software Educated Labor" ). --> They made their own Labor Law, Policies and harassed employees who were working for them for many years, why not because they think they are sitting on Top of the Throne and ruling over their employees. --> Above mentioned comments are not for the company( its for few people who ruined this company ) . --> All the employees are just getting frustrated with these people. --> If employees are protest for something ( for Saturday OFF ) , Instead of facing all of them at one time they just call them one by one in meeting and threatening them with their loud voice, Own Labor Policy. --> They are just created a very Toxic environment for working in a Corporate Sector. --> Lastly , There is no future in this company .
