The company is a good place to work. The appraisal here is done in a unique way, which seems not based. Sometimes you just have a situation with no power at all.

Dislikes

Company's products are good.but the management and work culture is not good and no hope for career growth.can't work in proper manner.I tried to implement system and process but it won't work reason for this is management

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
