I Joined CSB BANK on 30th September 2024 from my Father's reference. My Father's Friend name is Mr. Indrajit Pal (Area Sales Head) and Miss Puja Das (Deputy Sales Manager) and my Posting was given in SALTLAKE BF BLOCK (SECTOR -1) NEAR CAP CAMP (KOLKATA)

Dislikes

I faced huge number of Challenges or Obstacles while I was working in CSB BANK. I was used to do Field work as well as Awareness Campaign at Saltlake, Kestopur and Barasat Dak Bunglow More for purpose of opening Savings or Current Account. But None of the Customers took interested in opening Savings Or Current Account because ₹ 10,000 is very expensive for middle class family and minimum balance for opening and maintaining balance is ₹ 10,000. CSB BANK is not very much popular in Eastern India like West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha and Bihar. But it is popular in South India, Western India Like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan , Goa etc. In North India like Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh etc, is very popular although it is a private sector bank and it is a Kerala Based Bank. It has Headquarters in Thrissur (Kerala). So I suffered Chest Infection (shortness of breath) during my field work because I have dust allergy issue since my childhood. Mr. Indrajit Pal (Area Sales Head), Miss Puja Das (Deputy Sales Manager), Mr Dipankar Saha (who works in Current account and he sits on CSB BANK RN Mukherjee branch) these people behave very rudely and unprofessionally if I am unable to open a single savings or current account and they use abusive and foul language for insulting me in front of all colleagues, they tells me that you don't deserve to be banker, you are not in a condition to stay in West Bengal, you go to other cities like Mumbai , Ahmedabad, Surat, Thrissur, Noida etc. So I resigned on 26 November 2024 (Foundation Day of CSB BANK) and my notice period completed on 25th December 2024 on the occasion of Christmas. The visions and knowldege of new Top management based out of Mumbai is mediocre and their expectations are far away from industry realties..The data,process and systems are very much outdated and still they are on 25 years back...Only bucket holders of these bossess can survive happily by tarnishing the bank's name and talented work force. Wrist, no product but daily Target of LI, TD, CASA, LI is prime focus, you r just an insurance agent, they will give offer for one location then they will give other locations eventhough 3 months once they change branch

Culture, daily pressure for LI and no permanent place for reporting

Dislikes

Work pressure is high and job roles they are offering is totally different when you actually get started the works. Senior management is totally in ignorant state for work pressure. HR is least bothered to hire as per market standards(lowest salaries are getting offered)even though there is huge gap in manpower requirement.

Everything, they treat employee like garbage, they don't have updated system they still leaving in 19th century no upgradation no employee benefit in terms of loan insurance anything no incentives, waste of time for career
