I'm gald to work in caterpillar signs. Good work environment and culture. Teammates and higher authority are very supportive and encouraging. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is little bit of lack of Mangement. Salary and hike is decent but career growth is very slow.

I'm production engineer of cutting machine department.i learn everything on job. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Company Culture, Job security are good. Internal opportunities are available at every 4 to 6 months.

Dislikes

To manage social and work life are difficult. Some of time company policies are awkward. No any allowances and also increment rate is bit less than other MNC companies. Also, 9 hour working shift and 6 days working are not perfect as per MNC company.

Well, I like everything is this company, but one thing which I loathe that despite having sufficient skills which requires to work in this organisation, they hired me on contract basis. As I want to work in this company as a member of company family not outsiders, which sometimes make negative attitude towards this company otherwise I love this company.
