Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joinees.

. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

worst worst worst work life balance Bosses doesn't care about you and your life ,they only worry their's and their promotion in company through your work.(particularly the team i worked for). Due to above guys the work culture is very bad.
