It's a small sized company with a great culture and one can learn a lot here due to kind of big projects they do. If you have zeal to learn this is the place you should work at. They have done a lot of large scale projects and have build their own products too. I did two group trips as well with this company.

Dislikes

If you commit mistakes again and again you will be highlighted. You will be given chance for improvement but not forever. Sometimes they call you on Saturday's too if workload is more but they offer compensatory leave in such cases.
