The thing which made me to stick on Castle Medical is I was the 1st appointed here.I got this job while I was doing my post graduation so I didn't have the need to search for any job so far from my place as it was near to my college.And the main thing which I liked is the salary hike which they provided us.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike is lack of proper management.If it was in the right hands company might have been reached to some other level.

As I was Sr Lab Analyst I had to look for zero error quality for the work done by my co workers.
