I had worst experience since I joined Casio in terms of work culture and politics. The work assigned to me was not related to the roles and responsibilities mentioned in my JD. Hell lot of politics and there is no safety for women even if you complain to HR they don’t take any action. Toxic work environment Knowledge less Management They say that they are bringing transparency but in actual it is not the case. Old talent are all leaving.. attrition is quite high in this organisation. New appointed sales and marketing HOD is useless. He has no domain knowledge.. plays big time politics. Don't join if you care for your growth and mental level to be in place!!

Casio india pvt ltd is good company for work. A very good atmosphere there is no politics staff& senier in this company . All team members and senier are very good neture .

There is no big things to dislike the casio company . But the company need to change own mindset company should lounch new watches collection for the Ladies watch to improve sale. and Company should give a watch to own brand staff for wearing so that sale will improve .

Only suggestion do not join this company to ruin your career and mental peace. MD, sales & marketing head, online head, marketing head, category heads... all are knowledge less and illogical. Favorism and politics is key to impress japanese management, they themselves have no knowledge about india and Casio brand itself... is in it funny.. Think what will you gain in this leadership.
