Worst company to join, Company with zero ethics and completely failure on strategy and planning. Its just when time comes to show manpower to investors company hires and when time comes to show profits to investors manpower is removed. No prior notice just a overnight decision to remove over 200+ employees and reason for this is just that company is now not in mood to do big numbers. Monetary support policy in case of any mishaps happen in our family. We can take upto 6 months advance salary which will be deducted later from every month pay.

There is no proper office timings if you come at 9 am it is not possible that you may go at 6pm. You have to work till 9 pm or more. And it is very frequent and you can't complain about it .
