The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. There are more than 10 things to complain about but the most terrible of them was the retail team has no knowledge about the automobile industry and operation team was dead slow everyone expect the sales team answerable , even some of the seniours failed to find out the error.
