Business rules over HR and there is no authority given to even the VP HR and now the reporting of HR Head has gone to Business Head on papers. The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. No leaves even for government holidays or festivals…Horrible work culture which has become extremely toxic over the years…No respect for Ops staff and an extremely step motherly treatment including cheapskate stuff like not providing goodie bags / perks which are made exclusive only for sales staff…No process and no accountability…process changes whenever there’s a change in management.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.

They make employees work overtime without any extra pay and they don't care about their employees. According to me it's just a profit oriented company and doesn't care about employees. The pay scale is very low. I will never recommend this company to someone for working even though for purchasing as well.

Less micro-management by leaders. Cohesive work environment across teams. Fun at work approach. Since there is less micro-management and more hands-on work, you tend to learn immensely and subsequently gain on the skills.

Dislikes

Company's plan last for 2-3 years and once they change, the people are adversely affected. In short, job security takes a toll here. Founders vision is changing every 2-3 years. This is bad for the company's growth as such.
