Leadership team needs clarity of requirements, in case of no clarity the entire team has to do the same work over and over again which leads to frustration and soiled life with family Work is not the problem, no clarity is the problem, even if it is a startup leaders should now think around having clarity after all it's been 7+ years

Cars24 Pvt Ltd and Car24 Finacial Services are two different entities. Cars24 financial services is very pathetic, not much regard for its empolyee. There is no work-life balance. Management does not know what they want to do. 6 days working culture, you have to work on weekends and have to take an off on weekdays. No holidays on public holidays too.

First and foremost job stability. No security to your job if you are below TM level in sales. They just plan to remove the buddies. Everyday you will get new process if new process is started then old people will exit. They take more people then they require and fire them as early as possible. Really don't join this company until you have no other choice. Salary deduction is more than any other companies in india.I feel this is the Only company in india that recuits 365days. If you get other company offer while you get this go for other company only even if salary is less....Read More
