Business rules over HR and there is no authority given to even the VP HR and now the reporting of HR Head has gone to Business Head on papers. The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. You can be fired in 1 day without any proper reason. Through out the year lay offs are taking place. No job satisfaction. Everything is working on exceptions.
