The General Counsel of this company is a terrible bi-polar person, he hires and firs people in months, also regrets later sometimes when things get out of his control, also is gets very influenced by people and do not take decision on merit instead on hear say and take actions against other people without asking or listening to the other person. Business rules over HR and there is no authority given to even the VP HR and now the reporting of HR Head has gone to Business Head on papers. The culture is really negative where the business doesn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Poor Senior Management, They Dont value the associate level employees, No Work Timings shift timings can be stretched upto 14hrs also they dont provide Over time for this. Dont Recommend any new joiners to join this company.

Was a relatively good company earlier, when there were structured teams. Now they have fired everyone in the name of cost cutting, and given all the hold to business team. And everything is haywire here, everyone is on the lookout, and the company knows it so it keeps on hiring. My suggestion is to think atleast 3 times before joining this place
