Newly built Office premises is good. Few colleagues found to be genuine.

Dislikes

Starting from Offer All of sudden the post interview the position was conveyed and there was no communication or mentioned anywhere the position is temporary not permanent. No particular system is there to measure performance. Policy are not clear enough and have managed in very messy manner.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
