My experience, I haven't learned anything here skullfully. Working hours extend till 11pm often as it is a US company which affects your personal life.

Only the pay is good where you get additional 15k on top of your salary. Maybe that would be removed in future.

Dislikes

Very dirty politics, the business are illiterate and never listen to you. The US business heads control the Hyderabad office and they think like you are 3rd grade cheap labour whom they ask to dance how they like just to satisfy their ego and to hide their mistakes. There are much better companies out there so consider other options before accepting their offer.
