Job is safe , people working from last 20 years , Company campus is good, promotion given continuously like post , but no value for post , people doing same work from last 15 years when they Senior engg..to deputy manager.

Dislikes

Culture is worst , No safety while work , Management is not working properly , Facilities condition is poor Bus & canteen. No value for post upto Senior manager.

This company is a good platform to start from, it has excellent setup for gear machining plant 2 and one of class set up for HMC machining and transaxle asly. In plant 1. Staff is good and even the management is quite lenient. Only thing off about this company is its location it's based in Ranjangoan MIDC so it's quite far say you'll be spending everyday atleast 4 hours in travelling. But apart from that it's an excellent organisation with which one can grow and excel....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
