Carrara offers job security surely but it's a trap. Work culture is very different for different roles, management mostly think of higher management. Company policy changes every year. Huge salary difference created between higher management & basic roles such as team members , supervisor, senior engineer.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Company policies creating very unbalance work environment for basic level employee's. There is no one to here you and understand your issue. Department heads are like dictators of their empire especially in a quality department. 2-3 people's who always around the so called dictator are making their careers, others are just like slave & treated unjustified.
