*No help when needed. *Always gaslighting. *They do not know how to talk professionally, they are not willing to understand an employee's point of view, they think since they are paying they can overload an employee with work. *They make fake promises of salary increment & the CEO plays mind games so one needs to be very careful. *You need to use your own laptop for office work that too with pirated softwares but if your laptop breaks down because of the OFFICE WORK, they say "It's your personal laptop so you'll have to repair it on your own. We won't pay for it". So, It is okay for them to ask you to work on your personal laptop but not pay for the damage when needed. *Also, when asked for a spare laptop from the company they made various excuses to not give one. *I have seen new brands do not stay with Carorbis for more than a month or two. I think it is basically because the deal becomes non-profitable for the other brands doing business with Carorbis. *This company is a sinking ship. It is still a relatively small company, so you will have to be responsible enough to not make any mistakes. On the brighter side, it helps to be error free, helping you to pay brighter dividends in the future!
