Work environment is nice. Teammates are supportive. I got to see different life than working on land.

Dislikes

Politics is there. Salary is little less therefore teammates focus on tips and leave all work for later partiality in tips either, growth is slow. Such a huge company but No Work from home availability.

Working with carnival cruise lines i like that the teamates treat every team member as a family.

Dislikes

Dislikes are nothing but then also you should not dislike your current and past company.Sometimes working overtime on check off day it would get out of energy.

Work Details

In short i use to work in main galley line man inside outside while both 1st and 2nd seating with full rush of waiters cooks managers and chefs gearing up their team member in proper manner to success.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
