I worked at Carmatec IT Solutions from Oct 2007 to Jan 2010, starting as a Junior Systems Administrator and was promoted to Systems Administrator within a year. My experience working at Carmatec was an exciting and memorable one, as I had the good fortune to work with many top talented and experienced Linux System engineers, who got their start at Carmatec, and later moved on to many of the top IT & blue chip firms in India, and abroad. Working at Carmatec helped me personally, by kickstarting my career in IT Infrastructure, Operations and Project Management. The open culture, bonhomie and relaxed atmosphere followed at Carmatec, helped me to learn the fundamentals of Linux systems engineering and be a better Systems Administrator. It a lso gave me the opportunity to work with multiple Opensource technologies and applications. In addition, I had the opportunity to work closely and interact with a global workforce and vendors while working for Carmatec's international clients, under the leadership and mentoring of the Group CEO, Aromal Rajagopal and present company CEO, Indu Aromal.
