There is nothing good to talk abt company. No proper order of hierarchy.

Everything is daam s**t in that company, they ask you to travel alone for 100s of kms and they didn't even give petrol allowances properly what they promised for us. They just rotate the money in our hand as their money They jusy give one month salary and that salary we have to spend on petro l room and food and that will be credited again in next month as your salary</mark>. That is just a rotational process which money lending ppl do Come to culture. One of the toxic culture you can witness there, if employee made a sale on a day and that is not up to the target even though the same employee did good business in previous days will get a sweet word from the mouth of managing director called as MC ( you know the meaning of this hindi word) Such a worst company to work...Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
