Team mates are "Zero ". totally under qualified resources. Dirty politics. People have planned their retirements there itself. Highest qualification is diploma. Diploma holders are DGM's and BCOM people are managers. Imagine fate of the organization.

As a Production Manager I am worked very honestly. My interest in production worked very sinceraly and completing my production target as schedule. I have implemented lot of production improvement process to establish lean management system in production.
