Cargill's policies are one of the best policy.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. There are no proper shift planing you need to work here 12 hrs very frequently and you won't get any C-OFF. Manpower very less than required.

Full of politics at upper level, long yrs old people know how and whom to blame. Very bad people from top to bottom. If you know to play politics they this is the best organization without work you have to play politics you will go long. If you can do the prayer of boss instead of god without work. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Can entitle the leaves whenever required and all Indian festivals holidays can be availed. We can apply for internal job postings irrespective of the teams. Can engage with different teams to enhance our knowledge.

Now a days there is no proper work life balance and more concentrated on cost cutting. Employer expected to work for more hours irrespective of the close. There is a no employee engagement concept and always concerned about the cost it self. If any of the colleagues leave the team no back filling is going to happen, burden has to be bear within a team itself.
