It was good to work with carestream . customer oriented service with medical equipment.support excellent.

Task given for 4 to five call per day in different locations .no time limits .have to work 7days a week as per the calls.

I was satisfied with the feild engineer & service side .used to do calls per customer satisfaction daily 3to 4 calls.

Generally I have to look after all customers calls & solve the issues .it was fully challenged job & have to give day today updates regarding calls .I keep thinking 15 months rolling hoping that someday I will be recognized for all my efforts .no use
