Likes

Good number of clients with the long-standing commitment. Secure job for anyone adopts to the nature and work culture. Compensation is as per the market value.

Dislikes

Poor planning in some projects, which leads to repeated work. Infrastructure needs to be developed. Management is easily escaping from the investment on infrastructure by maintaining the work location within the institution.

Work Details

Boring for long term, no growth in knowledge compared to market. As years passes, one can be the king only in his own Kingdom. Some projects have default commitment of work on weekends. Some have steady and fixed commitment of weekdays alone.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
