Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. Worst Work life balance. Overtime pay is rejected no matter how long you work outside of your shift. Replacing all the seniors with freshers. No regard to employees health. Removed shift allowance for 12-9 shift. Constant work pressure. Forced to work on weekends.
