Nothing to be honest except the fact I learned a few things by working 10-12 hours a day and taking calls at late night.

No proper structure or process, toxic work environment, promised appraisals never happen, getting blamed for random things so our superiors can save themselves from the truth, high-level management/CEO is the worst/disturbingly toxic and see themselves as great as the high-level management of fortune 500 companies, no interdepartmental communication or any sort of networking within the organization for a new employee.
