Likes

Poor and biased management. Need to focus on employees complaint instead of safeguard their lower management. A good team makes a manager not a manager has grow the company without a good team.

Dislikes

Biasness and dirty politics in small teams, incompetent managers.

Skill development - Bad
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

First year was good as management was majorly handled by the global team after solely handling by the Indian management, It's pretty much okay but some despicable manager doesn't like performance, they want only their Flattery. Sad but true.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
