Work culture, job security, company policies for employees, the most important thing is work-life balance. Sometimes but very rarely you have to extend your working hours. Also, they have a very good taxable structure and provide free health insurance to employees that are not part of your salary component that covers your parents also.

Dislikes

If you are looking for innovation then you are not getting it but it also depends on project to project. No Learning and only training on Security measures.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
