I found the career counselling session extremely helpful and have had great success in my career path since. I love my new job and am really excited and good feel in this job. It's great to finally have some direction in my career. I would strongly recommend a career counsellor to anyone who is unsure of what they want to do.

Relaxed , learned new things everyday. management was great, workplace culture was diverse . The most enjoyable part of the day was coming into work, everything. Great place to work

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
