There is no culture in the organisation. Old staffs are doing as per their will no one is there to questions them neither the juniors reach out to the seniors for their concerns and queries. It's operating like govt organisation and seniors are only concern about their salary and benefits but when it comes to juniors or mid level no one is concerned. No scope of learning.

I have many good ideas and I tried to move them forward, trying to help my Organization, But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements , May be Bureaucratic attitude is one of the key factor.
