Lot of politics, no training for future growth, no appreciation, no team activities or team outing, average salary, no improvement in compensation unless you fight with the management, little learning, no innovation, no respect for humans, bad language used at office, terrible work life balance particularly at Chennai branch.

Pathetic work culture. People here working are not living beings they are zombies and behave like dead bodies hooked to laptops for the entire day and manager only comes to you to shout and scream and to make you realise you are the most useless creature on this earth. You will lose self confidence to an extent that you will question yourself

The company's new mission and vision are nice. I got to see it after so many months. WIth benefits like free transport,helath insurance Covering the entire family, and five working days a week they are trying to prove them self as company that is worth working for because previously it was not like this.
