Decent environment and good learning opportunities.Employees receive mobile reimbursements, a thoughtful gesture by the company that eases the financial burden of work-related communication. No in-house cafeteria facility Work can get demanding at times.

Pathetic, In one word Pathetic, management make it worse, there are people sitting on chairs which don't deserve it, and so called HR are just for name, they don't know how to work or they are sitting there jut to warm the seats .

No perfect planning, no Projects, not even they know what they have to do next.

I believe the work environment is improving with new people and innovative ideas Nice strategies to keep employees happy It seems there is no favoritism today, a few years ago there were a lot of employees who were not used to working and just sat with manager talking all day

Some managers are so rude that you can’t approach them. It takes time to adjust within the team due to lack of proper vision.

All Old Tech leadership is being asked to leave the company - I feel these people had very low tech skills. This has opened up opportunity for developers like us to grow and build new products. Management is strong and taking courageous decisions. Good or Bad only time will tell.

There some oldies still around. These people don't impart knowledge and also don't deliver projects. I don't know why they are still around.

Its positive to see that they are taking action when employees, including those in management, are not performing well. They now see performance and let go of those who don't meet expectations.The work culture has improved significantly compared to earlier times. We are not sure what is going to happen but it seems like they are taking significant steps to make it a better workplace.

I find the work environment here to be truly inspiring. Despite the challenges we've faced in maintaining a work-life balance and receiving recognition, I appreciate the recent efforts from management to address these issues. Also, I've had positive experiences with management, especially in their responsiveness to feedback and their commitment to creating a supportive workplace.

This is a good place if you know how to work professionally . After Years of uncertainty finally, new leaders are arriving and making this workplace better. Phele to yaha kaam karne jaisa environment hi nahi that, jisko jo din me aya karta tha .Hard-working employees are getting recognized and lazy employees are getting noticed, otherwise their behavior is like they are the managers here.

Basic infrastructure is not so strong and there are no quick solutions, AC is not working and we are working like labor

Work culture constantly seems to improved day by day with new rules and regulations. I would say things are definitely getting messed up with new things coming up daily but as long as the result are good, we can adjust a little
