Most important is Regional head West is non tolerateabl, ego based bluntness. Threatens you of job. Senior management is ignorant of there leadership role and responsibilities to sustain good culture! Partiality in the appraisal and favouritism to one's who keep on praising manager. Few people in the organization at gurgaon are literally gossiping about everyone, in fact suprising they bash out people based on their own wrong perceptions & predominantly nothing that you can do about it.
