Good team, HO team is good. They will not show bossism, they guide properly, we will learn things what to do and what not to do. Overall work culture is good. But incentive is not there here. Appraisal is not upto the mark. They support with new products. Travel & food allowance is good. On job work, skill, time mgmt training will provide by company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Good part is , always salary comes right time, and expenses are approved by senior and get it 4/5 working days . At East zone all senior are too good and very supportive.

In offroll employee the organization is not good actually. In meeting time they have says lots of fake commitment but when it implement time they haven't work on it . They are not promoting offroll employee to on-roll . Company visualisation is too good but current management is not capable to deliver it .

No sympathy with employee and family, blood cancer is detected in my mother's blood just 2 months ago , she is under treatment and company is forcing me for transfer out of zone .
