My actual location is MumFC, but due to some reason management transfered to me in PunFC, but they are not providing to me transfer allowance, which was in mention in caratlane aggrement, that's why i am very disappointed with caratlane.

CaratLane is a perfect organization to work from culture and freedom point of view. It is one of my favourits among all the companies I worked with so far.

People policies need to be strengthen and made transperent. ERP infrastucture has big room for improvement

Not as a dislike but the cut offs which happens. I think it has to be decided wisely. Where actual a cut off is required should be done and not on employee benefits

Nothing is there in Caratlane as of now, there are lot of politics going on in Caratlane also there is no further learning, you can survive only if you are bootlicker. There was one Manager(Ajay) he who supports North Indian people based on that only you will get the ratings, worst fellow. One of the worst company under Tata group all the top management has left the caratlane due to this toxic culture...Read More

Toxic Culture, 4days in a week no work life balance. No further learning, My lead expects to complete the task within a day and test it in live environment Less ratings no further promotion. Think before joining Caratlane.

Nothing right now. The middle managers have destroyed the company.

After the change in management, the company has changed completely. Right now nobody takes suggestion and only criticises lower employees. Lot of attrition is happening and will continue to happen.

This caratlane mostly store is frenchise, so there is very less of chance of growth in the company, there is no any PF facility, no any gratuity facilities no any leaves encashment very low insurance amount provided, and caratlane currently male shirt colour is very disappointing seems a female colour so very dissatisfied for theseall issues. There is many staffs are moving to other company because of these lackings. And many staff is also in the exit line....Read More
