Nothing is there for now, there are too many limitations like 10.15 we have to be in otherwise you half day is marked as leave. Overall worst culture

Dislikes

Internal politics, managers prefer only the person who is more close to him. people are feeling they own the organization and time limitation is there even for pantry during the tea time we shouldn't sit and drink tea in the pantry.

Some flexibility on learning new things, Lot of things to fix [but very slow progress], Not much pressure i felt.

Dislikes

1. Not happy with management, now a days its very worst, 2. Expecting quick releases and fixing Live crashes in weekends, 3. Strict WFH policy, 4 days Office, 4. Depends on your manager, 5. Learning is very slow, you will forgot your tech stack, 6. They will give falls commitments on your tech stack, after joined they will deploy you to different domain [50/50 chance on actual domain]

Work-life balance is good. They let you explore new technologies and come up with a solution and lead the development if required. Learning is good for freshers and beginners.

Lately, Tech in CaratLane has taken a back seat. The new leadership doesn't see Tech as a valuable asset to them anymore.

Thanks for the trainers of CaratLane.I've learned a lot about Metal and Stones in a very short span of time as I was from non jewellery background.9 hrs shift with 1.5 weekoff will provide you a very good work life balance.

They extremely pressurise you for monthly investment plan nowadays,anyhow you have to do it or else you will become a focused jc and it will become a headache to you.The hunger of the company is increasing da y by day.If you can consistently perform with very good numbers then no need to worry.

Great work culture and work life balance. People are nice, little to no micromanagement, Employees are given freedom in terms of how they want to complete a certain task. But things are changing after leadership changes after tital (TATA) takeove.

Dislikes

Upper management (top leadership), especially after titan takeover, company is taking decision where employee focus is less and business focus is more.

There was one Manager(Ajay) he who supports North Indian people based on that only you will get the ratings, worst fellow.
