The Kind Of Data points that is been looked at makes your Work simple. It gives you complete Clarity as where is the Pain point to focus on , So that You improve Your own KPI & Achieve the Company' Goal too.

Dislikes

Office Location At Andheri should be Placed in More connected Area near a Metro Station. It will benefit lot of Employee. Though Company is too Data centric , I would want them to give some Freedom to Take risk on basis of Ones Experience .
