1. Flexibility in the company and culture 2. Micro culture of the team and the manager has been motviating and empathetic 3. The leadership is approachable and carry high agency 4. 1. Work life balance is not created but needs constant declaration 2. Compensation is slightly lower conpated to the market. Hence, puts employees under the shadow of demotivatioj sometimes. 3. Flat hierarchy, no micromanagement and freedom to work on your role as you see fit. Very innovating and forward thinking in its space.

Dislikes

Some policies are not upto standards although thats changing now and more initiatives are being taken. Pay could be better compared to whats being offered in the market right now.
