Management not giving salary nor allowing allowing employees for WFH or not allowing to seat in the office too. Since 3 month company not even paying payout or salaries

Even in this pandemic situation, Capstone isn't terminating a single person. The management is fair and keeps employee safety a first priority during this pandemic. The HR policies are very good. It's a great company for learning.

No corporate culture no proper training no career growth zero work life zero employee orientation even company dont have first aid box or basic medical facilities for the employees for any emergencies no any team building activities or employee orientation programs Worst quality food one of my friend (5year experience with the company) did complaint about the cockroach in curry company simply ignore it( this is the value of employee) Even have higher charges and silly charges for unnecessary things...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
