Allowing new ideas and appreciate the new methodology from trainees.. I love being part of caprihans team, I learnt alot of new things which directly or indirectly improve my personality and managerial skills.

Company is good but career growth is very slow as well as the salary package is low

Frankly speaking, I loved to work here because it's always gives you goosebumps when u work hard to achieve small goals, even though I'm here for project , but I learnt planning process of company which is very complicated, also tracking of each order .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
